Why not just take screenshots?

Screenshots of a long chat quickly become dozens of images in the wrong order.
Dates and names are easy to miss when a conversation spans many days.
A PDF keeps every message in the original order, with a date line for each day, page numbers and a cover page with the participants and period.

How to print

Tap Download PDF, then print the PDF from your phone or computer.

Is my chat uploaded anywhere?

No. ConvoPaper reads the file inside your browser and creates the PDF on your device. After the page has loaded you can switch on airplane mode and it still works.

Can I use the PDF in court?

We can't promise that. Courts and authorities decide what they accept, and the original electronic chat usually matters most. Keep your original export file and ask a lawyer.

How do I export my chat?

Open WhatsApp and the chat you want to keep.
Tap the contact or group name at the top.
Scroll down and tap Export Chat.
Choose Without Media (smaller and faster).
Tap Save to Files, then come back here and choose that file.

Menu names can differ slightly between app versions and languages.
